Connie Zita Enczmann is the Founder of Zita Consulting South Africa and the Principal (CEA) (MIEA) of C.Z. GLASS Properties.

She is a foreign language correspondent in economics and worked for seven years for a major South African Commercial Property Development/Property Management & Property Asset Management Company in Cape Town. She is a qualified and registered full status Estate Agent (CEA) with the South African Estate Agency Affairs Board and a member of IEASA.

Her passion for South Africa and for the property industry prompted her to establish her own companies, C.Z. GLASS Properties and Zita Consulting South Africa.
Zita Consulting South Africa is working with registered tourist guides who have been in the tourism business in South Africa for more than 16 years.
